The main focus of Truitt Legal is alternative dispute resolution, such as mediations and/or arbitrations, and our full-service mediation center centrally located in Fort Myers can accommodate multiple parties with our two large conference rooms and multiple other meeting rooms.  We are sure to provide you with a personal experience you’ve not yet experienced at other locations in our area.

In addition to the above stated services, we are also pleased to provide expert consulting services, including but not limited to, assisting other attorneys in the presentation of their claims for attorney’s fees and/or costs upon a successful resolution of their cases; as well as coverage disputes; and bad faith matters.
