EXPERT WITNESS FEES
$500 per hour will be charged for any and all work performed on the file by the expert and/or the expert’s support staff, including but not limited to door-to-door travel time for any and all meetings, inspections, depositions, trial, etc.
100% reimbursement of any and all costs incurred relating to the file, including but not limited to graphics, illustrations, etc. necessary to demonstrate the expert’s opinions reached during depositions and/or trial
100% reimbursement of any and all costs incurred relating to the file, including but not limited to travel expenses (meals, flights, lodging, etc.), if necessitated outside of Lee County, Florida
